How does special ordering work?
Designing a special order can be both fun and easy! Get your creative juices flowing by choosing colors and styles… and let us do the work! Are you thinking of something you like, but you don’t quite see it on the site? With a little imagination, anything is possible!
You will find that for rings, there is a special box at the bottom of the page to select size and color selection. For necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and anklets, please contact us and the designer will happily assist you.

What can I special order?
You can special order almost anything you see on the site: necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets, and rings. We say “almost” because some stones and crystals are unavailable in specific sizes and colors, and some silver components (such as beads or clasps) may be no longer available. With a simple inquiry, we can find the answers to these important questions for you. And with a little time, we will be able to create the perfect work of art for your collection!
How much does it cost?
There are no additional costs for placing a special order. Rings and anklets are still offered at their set price. The costs of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings will vary depending on the design, components, and time that goes into each individual piece. Please contact us and we will give you a quote as to the price of the prospective piece.
How long until I receive my order?
Once you have made your final decisions on your special order, and payment has been completed, we will process your order. Keep in mind that we may have to order any specific colors or components you may want, and we will not do so until payment has been received. It will be approximately 12-15 business days from the time you pay for your order, until the time you receive it. While this may seem like an extended period of time, but please keep in mind that it will take time for us to receive your materials, to handcraft your order (which varies depending on the quantity and size), and also time for your order to be shipped and to arrive to you. Please take careful consideration of this when placing an order you may need by a specific date. If this is the case, please let us know in advance and we will resolve this issue through expedited shipping at an additional charge.
Returning Special Orders
Special orders cannot be returned. They may be exchanged for store credit or another item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. There will be an additional shipping charge when shipping the exchanged item.
